At Arch Colours we pride ourselves in being environmentally friendly with a versatile completely solvent free water-base, textile printing ink range.
All our products are manufactured in Great Britain, our premium products are not only used by industry professionals but also by those who might be screen printing for the very first time.
Arch Colours screen printing ink have all been pre mixed so do not require a binder or another medium, all our inks have a very low odour and are easily cleaned up with water.
Arch Colours ink has a rich intense colour across the whole of are product range and when printed they have an exceptional sort handle, giving brilliant prints with a hight colour yield and an excellent wash and rub fastness. Ideal for industry professionals as well as those wishing to print at home, school, college, in fact, anyone who enjoys being creative.

The above fixing information is for guidance only. It is recommended that a sample is printed and wash tested for fastness before the whole batch is printed. |

When printing onto paper/card, a finer mesh (somewhere between 90-120 (230-305)) should be used. |

We recommend using a rectangular profile squeegee blade with a soft/medium 65-70 shore. |

A 3-4mm snap should also be used when printing. |

Stencils will need to be made using a water-resistant screen emulsion. |
|||
CLEAN UP - wash screens using water and mild detergent. All our products are 100% solvent free. |
