Note: a coarser mesh is required for metallic inks so the metallic particles pass through cleanly.
Hand Ironing Guide
- 160°C (320°F): 2–3 minutes
- 140°C (285°F): 5–6 minutes
- 120°C (250°F): 8–9 minutes
Fixing times are for guidance. Always print a sample and wash-test before full production.
Printing Tips
- Use a rectangular profile squeegee blade, 65–70 shore (soft/medium)
- Use a 3–4mm snap when printing
- Stencils require water-resistant screen emulsion
- Clean-up: wash screens with water and mild detergent. 100% solvent-free.
